Philosophy of Care The Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley provides care within an informal environment that promotes independence and purposeful activity, offers respect and friendship and adds quality and meaning to daily life for adults who are unable to function completely alone. Adult Care addresses a spectrum of human needs, including physical, medical and mental dimensions of care.
